The hotel’s location is great and main attractions are close and at walking distance. The staff were very friendly and helpful in so many ways. Special thanks to Joan and Anna in the front desk for their kindness. Beautiful city to explore and this hotel was a plus in our trip.

Lovely hotel in the old town, we asked for a quiet room and we were 2nd floor at the back. It was a lovely quiet room. Black out blinds and a really comfy bed. Aircon was very good too. Very welcoming staff on reception. We walked to old town main square took about 10 mins. First time to krakow and we will be back and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and tidy. The room was comfortable and well equipped. Nice breakfast included in the price. Staff very nice, Monica and the other young ladies at reception were super helpful. Hotel location was great, so easy to walk within minutes to Main Square and to the river area, where you can catch a very enjoyable boat ride or stroll along the river, Castle nearby too. Would definitely recommend to stay at Hotel 32. I would stay here again if I am back in Krakow.

Great location next to old town. Breakfast was quite good and fairly diverse, with hot and cold dishes. Room had excellent ac! Service was great. Would definitely stay again when visiting Krakow.

The Hotel was excellent. Spacious room, friendly staff and the restaurant was great for dinner at night. We couldn’t have breakfast, unfortunately, due to our early departures each and every morning.
