"We booked a junior suite - this was one large room with a king size bed and a single bed. Spacious enough for 3. The room was clean, windows could open, tea and coffee was topped up daily and room tidied daily. The breakfast was good quality with a wide choice. The bar was also well stocked. The staff were friendly and helpful - I had many questions about the trains which they were able to help with. Location was excellent- approx 3 minute walk from the train station, a small supermarket opposite and the main town approx 15min walk. I would highly recommend this hotel."

"Hotel is located in the main square. Perfect location for exploring Krakow. Great accomodation and staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, the only downside was no fresh milk available for cereal/tea/coffee. I would definitely recommend the hotel for a few nights break based on price, convenience and overall value. "Very central for accessing the Old Town. The room was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay The bathroom was large also and the bed was very comfortable "
