Staff were outstanding. I was in Krakow to celebrate my 60th birthday. I was presented with a bagful of goodies to help me celebrate. Rooms were very clean. The reception area is beautifully presented.

Excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Staff amazing in every way, always helpful and went the extra mile with a walking map to town, bottled water and Easter treats in our room, even a traditional pretzel on check-out. Restaurant very good with attentive professional staff. Good location near the sights but not too noisy, tour meeting point and tram/trains just over the road. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

I liked the hotel location really close by to bars restaurants shops. the hotel is within easy reach to transport the tram train and bus services are easily accessible just outside the hotel friendly professional helpful staff The only reason I give the hotel staff a 4 and not a 5 was down to guest care I did not like a sweet the deserts are very sweet too sickly I was not after a refund I picked it granted but I was honest and feed me thoughts back to the waitress she did say she will speak to her colleague probably the bar / restaurant manager but he or she did not even come over to address me I got ignored and still they charged ( granted like I say I was not expecting not to pay ) but it of just been nice to of had the waitress colleague to of recognized me to share me feelings with the desert other than that it’s been a pleasant stay and would recommend

The hotel is located across from the train station, which is also attached to a huge shopping mall. One can literally walk out of the hotel and be on a tram/bus to most locations within the city. The hotel is also a 5-10 minute walk from the old town. Regarding the service at the hotel, it is lovely. The rooms are tidy and have plenty of amenities in them. The restaurant/cafe is good and reasonably priced and the staff that work there are very friendly and helpful. Thank you for your hospitality.

Beautiful hotel with great rooms. Excellent value for money. It’s in great location for doing tours to Auschwitz and The Salt Mines as the pick up place is right outside. Mall and station is right opposite with trains to airport. There is also a taxi rank outside. Old town is 5 minute walk. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is quirky and beautiful. From the decor to the positive messages that were left in the lift it is excellent. The staff are brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely stay here again
