This hotel was exceptional, we booked a junior suite and got a very lovely upgrade to the Metropolitan suite!!! The room was incredible, it even had a piano!! The air-conditioning was top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and the lounge area was very relaxing. We had complimentary water and a bottle of sparkling wine as part of our stay. The buffet breakfast each morning had a good variety and was good quality. The fab fusion bar was also very good value and a lot of choice. A lovely outdoor patio area in the sunshine for drinks was very relaxing after a busy day exploring the city. We would highly recommend this hotel, it was wonderful.

Great location and friendly staff. Communication was excellent and helpful. They texted us when our room was ready. Rooms clean and spacious, beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Would stay here again.
