Charming and Centrally Located Hotel

What a delightful hotel within easy walking distance of the Glowny Train Station and the Historic Old Town area of Krakow. Spotless with wonderful breakfast choices in the little cafe. The staff was extremely helpful and even shifted us to a lower floor upon our return visit as there is no elevator but it was still manageable. Charming, lovely and affordable!

Great location, clean

Hotel was in an excellent location about 5 minutes walk from the square. Small but everything you need. Staff helpful and spoke great English. Would use again on return to Krakow.

Great choice for tourists

We had a great time! The hotel is in an excellent location relative to the train/bus stations and Kraków Old Town. The room was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the Wi-Fi was a nice bonus. Of course, because there is no air conditioning, the room stayed incredibly warm overnight. Overall though, it was a great stay.

Good value for money, very small but clean and about 7 mins walk to the square and old town. We had the breakfast which was 6 set menus you could choose from and it was freshly cooked and very nice and filling. It was what you’d expect for the price.

Great position close to the station and old town, Facility very clean. Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. The only fault was there was no lift only stairs. We were very lucky to have a young male at reception help us up and down from the 2nd floor with our heavy luggage.

Very good location only two minutes walk from the main railway station. Staff were friendly and helpful. Lacked ambiance with no space in the reception area. Room was spacious enough but the en-suite felt cramped especially the shower. If I were redoing the interior it would better to enlarge the shower!
