I would never do a contactless front desk again. If there are any technical issues, you might as well be lost in a blizzard. That said, the location was excellent and it was quiet. As others have mentioned, there are stairs which could be a consideration for some travelers - 50+ to get to the middle level. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean, modern, and spacious.

The property is located in the best location and less than a minutes walk from the old town square! The accommodation is spotless, lovely and bright and communication from the owners was always efficient and informative. We booked our excursions through the owners too and it all went very smoothly and they are always on hand to help if you need or require anything during your stay! Highly recommend!

Great location . Excellent staff and rooms are amazing . Couldn’t have been happier with our choice for our first visit to krakow would recommend and definitely Stay again . Beds are so comfortable and it is very modern and good standard . Street is quiet on a night and transport can pick you up and drop you at this location . Takes you a minute if that to walk up the street to square

Amazing place, right in the heart of old Krakow. "City view" might be a bit overstated, considering the view is the building across the street, but the place is very recently renovated, clean, easy to access and just one block from the main plaza.

Didn’t get any notification with instructions to enter the property before arrival, had do chase it. Fresh towels are only supplied every 3 days. Clean and good location. Access stairs didn’t have lights.

The apartment is beautiful, updated, and comfortable! However, we stayed in late June and the apartment was very hot! Two fans are provided but even with the windows open the air would not circulate inside. It was always much hotter in the apartment than it was outside. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no lift, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Lastly there is a night club in the basement, so some nights we could hear a thumping bass all night long. Not the fault of the hotel, but certainly worth considering for your stay.

Świetna lokalizacja , informacje zostawiona dla zwiedzających w pokoju tylko w języku angielskim , brak ulotek w języku polskim chyba nastawienie na odwiedzających z poza kraju niestety , pokój bardzo dobry łóżko bardzo wygodne , polecam na kilka dni na dłuższy pobyt lodówka powinna być większa i aneks kuchenny też jest za mały

Familj med två barn, fyra nätter. Rum med balkong. + Otroligt läge + Rent, fräscht, trevlig inredning + Garderoberna är stora + Tv med alla appar mm för barnen + Glas, tallrikar och kyl +Jättehärligt med balkong, blev som ett till rum - Ingen städning eller möjlighet att slänga sopor, rummet blir smutsigt efter fem dagar - Ingen möjlighet att diska, fanns inget diskmedel. De borde byggt en diskho med tvättmöjligheter.

Rymligt boende som nås via trappor

Vi är en familj på 4 personer som alla haft en mycket bra vistelse på detta boende. Det var rent och fint, rummet var stort och rymligt - stort plus för att det fanns en fläkt och för att man kunde öppna fönster. De utdragbara sofforna som barnen sov i var mjuka medan vår stora säng var hård. Det fanns en trevlig karaokebar längst ner som vi inte hörde något ifrån på hela vistelsen! Det kan vara bra att veta att detta boende endast kan nås via trappor. Kommunikationen var snabb och effektiv. Jag skulle definitivt boka här igen!
