Excellent location a couple of minutes walk from the busy Square. Staff at hotel were all so friendly and so accommodating. Breakfast was superb. Welcome drink of Processco was lovely. Could not fault the hotel and facilities. We used the pool/steam/sauna after a full day site seeing which so such a lovely end to the day. Would thoroughly recommend hotel

The hotel was fantastic. Our room was superb - clean, nicely decorated, full of special features including electric curtains, adjustable heated bathroom floor. Without exception the staff were friendly, efficient and welcoming. Breakfast was good. We didn't eat in either restaurant but the bar was a pleasant place to sit for a nightcap. The hotel is located perfectly for a short walk to the square and all local facilities. I would definitely go back and wholeheartedly recommend.

Absolutely nothing that I’m able to fault at this hotel. Immaculately clean, staff extremely polite, smartly dressed and always helpful. Rooms are stunning. Location is perfect… literally 2min walk from main square on a nice quiet road. I’ll definitely be back in Krakow and will stay here again for sure

This is a great property with an amazing staff. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking. We had 3 rooms and needed specific types of beds in each room. The staff worked hard to accommodate us. Special thank you to Yana Arsenii.
