"A lovely weekend stay at The Inn West End. The room was comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. Only negative is that the TV could be a little bigger. Breakfast was delicious and we also had dinner from the extensive menu which was very good. The staff are lovely and very attentive. We would definitely recommend a stay at The Inn West End!"

"The walkway down to the Garden Suite is incredibly dangerous in the rain. The pathway needs to be extended all the way down, not plastic decking which holds the water and moves when wet. I went over on my ankle, thankfully my husband was there to catch me. Also unless you have the curtains shut & the blind down in the room/bathroom, you are on full show to the rooms opposite!"

"I was booked into the Rowbridge on Tuesday 3rd may, Hotels.com then cancelled this booking with less than 2 hours notice while i was 200 miles from home. Extremely poor service, i even spoke with the owner of the Rowbridge who informed me they asked Hotels.com to stop taking booking weeks ago."

"I was downgraded for no refund of difference. I booked and paid for an apartment in New Central. Unfortunately, I was given an apartment in Park Heights because of no availability in New Central, which is 500 metres away and much far from town centre. I was happy with the apartment in Park Heights but totally upset with the downgrade, for no refund. Check-in personnel was nice but pre-check-in communication with FlexiLets office was not at all professional. They were far below expectation...
