"capella的餐饮尤其是自助早餐无论在上海和三亚都令人印象深刻。泳池边的收费小屋非常喜欢，设计及温馨程度甚至超过客房。有两个遗憾的点：1.作为一个广东人，到了海南，在中餐厅里却基本都是粤菜，希望菜单可以多元化。2.入住时工作人员友好且快速的帮忙办理了延迟退房，但在退房当天2点后因房卡时效无法进入房间，电话联系了酒店前台后15-20分钟都没人过来解决并且我需要一只站在门口等待，是偶然路过的清洁工帮忙开的门。这一点在整个旅程的最后会让人多少有些不愉快。但总的来说有惊喜也有有失望，总体还是很推荐的。"

Sofitel is definitly a superbly designed property and has some nice touches - kids pools, warm water pools, large lap pools, activity pools and a huge variety of places to lay, sit, rest, nest, swing outdoors. "Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. "Room rates are way overpriced for what they offer. I’ve stayed in nicer hotels in Thailand where I received a welcome drink, fruit basket, stocked minibar and more for half the price. None of these things were offered. The food at all outlets is shocking! I wonder if the GM ever eats there? My room was not very clean. Upon entering the room the floor was still wet from cleaning. The swimming pools are nice and location is good near to the beach, but I would not stay here again."
