"This was the perfect hotel for recovering from a 15+ hour plane trip. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. The staff members were all very friendly and bent over backwards to be helpful. The breakfast buffet in the morning was fantastic, with hearty food from several cuisines. The location was very convenient, with a Metro stop nearby right on the corner."

"It was a 1st time staying here and I was pleased with the service of all the staff of VIA Hotel. Location is walking distance to the mrt and ximending shopping area. Hotel provide snacks and drinks for guest 24 hrs and a comfy area for u to relax while waiting to check in. Staff are very friendly and approachable and always ready to assist u when in need. Room is comfortable with the good air conditioning and excellent TV entertainment. Keep it up and I will definitely stay here again when...

"Room was well equipped. Stay in the new tower it’s great. Reception area and breakfast room is old. Breakfast is very Asian - cold uncovered foods and not much selection. Also they begin cleaning up the food 15minutes before end time and will kick you out abruptly at end time on the dot. Check in staff was friendly and helpful. "
