My mistake obviously, but I didn’t realize the entire outdoor pool was under construction :/ therefore paying resort amenities seemed in vain. (There was another hotel two buildings down that offered their pool, but with the hassle of getting wrist bands via front door , which just made it not as easy and annoying. “Hampton “ staff member) had to be the nicest person on earth and very helpful and kind.

Overall the staff was great, except the blonde lady where they send you to pick up the parking permit, unfortunately she was bossy, pushy and un polite, at least she was with us, just because we weren’t interested in a timeshare presentation. The rest of the crew was fantastic, especially the guy at the front desk and the kid taking care of the customers at the beach. The hotel location is amazing. They are renovating the outdoor pool, which should be operating in fall
