The main issue was the fact that you have to walk up a full flight of stairs to access the elevator. This could be very troublesome for people with heavy luggage or with accessibility issues. "Why would you stay anywhere else. These people are well versed in the art of hospitality. It was an extended stay, a solo trip for business and pleasure so I needed a place that was conveniently located and where my belongings will be safe while I was away in short trips to neighboring cities and towns. Close to everything but when you returned to the hotel it was just peace, quiet and security. Love their breakfast but specially looove their staff ... Ana, Afonso, Sharmeen, Natalia, Magadalena...
