The rooftop swimming pool was great. It helpef to cool you down on a really hot day. The hotel is pretty close to the metro as well as restaurants.

Amazing team that made us feel super welcome and were very helpful for our first time in Lisbon. Quirky and fun hotel, great touch having the speakers in the rooms to kick start your morning You're only a short walk from the Metro or an enjoyable downhill walk to the city centre. Excellent stay! Communication was outstanding before and throughout our stay. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The room was spotless, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. The staff provided exceptional service—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. This is one of my favourite hotels ever! Location was perfect for our plans, breakfast was wonderful and even had a dance show on the Sunday morning which was wonderful. Rooftop pool and bar was perfect - we spent more time there than we planned because it was so relaxing and had great views all the way to the water! All of the photos on their site were actually what was delivered! Thanks for making our stay so terrific! Shout out to the concierge Rueben - he was amazing!

Really enjoyed our stay here! The staff were very helpful and allowed us to check into our rooms early after travelling all night. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a large spread that included bacon, eggs, pancakes, pastries, meats, cheeses, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, and more. There were various coffee options, including a pot of brewed “American coffee”, as well as a selection of juices. This hotel is very close to a metro station and lots of restaurants. We enjoyed the park across the street, which had a large pond area where there were ducks, turtles, and peacocks. Loved our stay at HF Fenix Music!
