Hotel is in a great location for walking to sites. Unique design and furnishing. Bar and reception staff exceptional. Housekeeping could use a check list to ensure items used are replaced daily. We booked the breakfast included option, which I would not do again. Breakfast had great selection, however due to containers with no lids the warm items were luke warm. I would recommend Dutch ovens to keep items warm like in other hotels we’ve stayed.

We loved it here. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bright and even offered tea and coffee. There was a great selection of food on offer at breakfast and the bar was great in the evenings for food and cocktails. The location was perfect too, right in the centre of the city. Would really recommend this to anyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in centrally located Lisbon, with added plus of being on flat part of town. Staff were extremely attentive and polite! Lots of shops nearby, easy to get to excellent restaurants within 10-15 minutes walk. Would happily stay here again and again!!!
