We arrived a day late and still had to pay full price for the night we missed. No perk to ease the sting of the lost money. The room was clean. Staff were not overly helpful or friendly. Breakfast was delicious but overpriced. It was included with our room otherwise we would have eaten down the street. We ate supper there one night. Big mistake. Again extremely overpriced for what was available. I ate a salad cause the ‘hot’ dishes were cold. 33 euro! It’s also far from the centre of town so be prepared to walk or uber.

Disliked: Amenities

Convenient location neat metro and many restaurants to walk to. We didn’t eat in the hotel restaurant or get the food package as it was expensive and there are so many good options nearby. Front desk was amazing with calling cabs and answering questions. Also hotel located on flat part of town. The hilly part of Portugal can be quite challenging.
