Loved this hotel! The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and the service is excellent. We are a family of 4, and the connecting rooms worked perfectly. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the service at the bar was top notch. We especially enjoyed the breakfast each morning - great selection, lots of seating, and the service was very warm and attentive. Obrigado!!

The hotel was really smart with lots of art pieces. Our room was kept clean and tidy. The buffet breakfast was delicious. The man who seemed to be the manager was very welcoming, as was the lady at the omelette station, and other waiting staff. The indoor pool was big enough for a few people to relax in. The hotel was also situated in a great location, with Metro, trains, buses, and trams not too far away.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Clean, modern and quiet rooms and friendly staff. The restaurant is good too. I used the gym, sauna and steam room. The pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. Very convenient location for seeing much of the city by foot. They provided umbrellas for guests which was much appreciated.

Our stay at Bessa Hotel was wonderful. This was a girls’ getaway and we had two rooms. The deluxe room was absolutely amazing — beautiful, very spacious, and well designed, with everything we needed. What truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. Everyone we encountered was professional, kind, and very well trained. The front desk team was very helpful and the restaurant service was excellent. In the end, it was really the people who made this place stand out. Combined with the great location, it made for a fantastic stay. We really enjoyed our time there. ✨
