Some improvements that could be made: It's a bit ironic that there are door hanger signs talking about skipping daily cleans to save the natural resources, but there were single-use disposable paper cups and wooden coffee stirrers in the rooms, which seems to me that it's just about the company saving their costs, and not the environment. It would be great if the cafe/restaurant menus were provided...

"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

The hotel looks basic and there is nothing special about the rooms, but we found them clean. The bed was comfortable. We felt pretty safe in the hotel. "Chose this hotel as close to Arena. It was clean and quiet . Took own kettle and teabags as the rooms don't have them. The twin room was small but comfortable. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again."

When we arrived at our room it was beautifully clean but unfortunately smelt very highly of lillies and myself being allergic to lillies and asthmatic started wheezing and coughing. "This is a lovely old hotel with lots of history attached to it. The location is amazing. Very close to the beautiful Pavilion Gardens, the Crescent, and lots of bars and restaurants. A great place to visit for a short break!"
