"Great location- check in kid was a bit dopey and didn’t know anything about the parking situation across the street otherwise a nice hotel. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 so if you’re looking for an early start this might be at bit inconvenient as everywhere else we stayed in Ireland started at 7:00. Would recommend to stay here again "

"The property was good but guests should realize the property is quite a hike from central Kinsale. We had to drag our suitcases up and down hills. A taxi would have been good but maybe hard to find at certain times of the day. Payment for renting is cash only. The owner used WhatsApp to communicate how to get in so be aware of that also. I don’t use that app and didn’t see the instructions until we had already figured out entrance after fumbling around. Very cute accommodations. "

"Overall we had a great stay at Hydrangea House. We did get a bit cold as the heating went out but it was over a holiday week so there wasn't much that could be done. We did just fine. The house is comfortable and in a great country type setting. "

"I loved our stay at The Blarney Castle, it could not have been nicer. Ian, Jillian and the entire staff were wonderful. We have traveled all over the world and I have to say that this is one of the top places we have stayed. It was perfect!"

"Could not have had a better stay or had any better more informative hosts ! It's a lovely looking historical building , the rooms are massive and spotlessly clean it has all the mod cons you need for a weekend visit or a long stay. For such a large room it did not have one speck of dust anywhere, bathroom well equipped with everything you need and towells were massive. The breakfast had lots of options and it was extremely tasty and filling , the menu even tells you were the products were...

"Varun the host was great and readily available with any questions we had and we appreciated that we were able to check-in early. There was a problem with the wi-fi initially but Varun went out of his way to get it fixed as soon as possible. The location was fantastic, walking distance to everything: pubs/restaurants grocery store, etc & a few minutes walk from the bus. Bedroom was a bit small but manageable, kitchen had everything we needed."

"Lovely room. There is a sitting room attached that has lots of light in the morning and there are no curtains to cover the doors so our room was light at 5:30am. Also, it would be nice if they had a luggage stand so I don’t have to put my luggage on the floor. Nice bathroom, lovely breakfast included. Lots of choices on restaurants to eat within a very short distance. 8-10 min drive to all the downtown night life and shopping. Free parking was very nice in an area it’s hard to find."

"The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property’s location was convenient and central to things I wanted to do and see. The staff were helpful. I was a bit uncomfortable with the sag in the floor. It creaked and I had to wonder how well supported the floor was underneath."
