I loved our stay at The Blarney Castle, it could not have been nicer. Ian, Jillian and the entire staff were wonderful. We have traveled all over the world and I have to say that this is one of the top places we have stayed. It was perfect!

Tokenistic covid care.

It's actually a lovely hotel, but their covid duty of care was extremely sloppy, merely tokenistic at best. We actually had to ask one of the owners to wear their mask while serving guests. But the worst was one of their staff was coughing and spluttering around the breakfast room without a mask. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!!

Gorgeous

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, the staff were excellent! Everything was so clean, freshly renovated and done with such good taste. A lovely blonde lady that showed us to our room looked after us so well, there was really no more she could have done The barman Brian was brilliant as well, we had the television in front of the bar and I never had to even ask for a drink even though they were so so busy

Such a quaint little hotel, with a friendly staff and clean, updated amenities! The receptionist went out of her way to give my wife and I local suggestions for food and sites to see. At night we enjoyed traditional Irish music in the hotel's very cool pub!

Perfect place to stay in Blarney. This was our favourite part of our trip to Ireland. Lots of locals in the pub and great fun. Blarney castle is right across the street.

Very friendly staff we arrieved late sfter an emergency the restaurant was closed but the lady at reception made sandwiches and tea for us .We said we may have to cancel our second night there wouldnt have been a problem Excelled in customer service

What a classic property. Right by the Blarney Castle. Staff was excellent. Old world pub and restaurant with excellent local music on Tuesday evening.(Just happened to be the day we checked in). Shower was a little snug due to a grab bar in a really bad spot. Hard to stand in shower and not be leaning on bar and touching curtain on other side. Other than that, the best area in Ireland.

The staff are very kind and helpful. The food in their pub and restaurant is amazing. The hotel is a very short walk to the castle. Our room was large, very comfortable, attractive and functional.

Let me start off with the good of this property. It was in a great location to go to the Blarney Castle and they let us leave the rental car there while we visited the castle. The food was great. However, the room was not clean and the heat did not work. Specifically, there was a lot mold on the shower walls and I had to try to wash off the mold from the shower curtain in the tub before trying to use it. We asked to move rooms but were denied. They did bring in a space heater to the room which made the no heat a little better but we did not want to run the space heater all night while we were sleeping. While traveling in Ireland we stayed at several hotels and all were in the same price of each other, so I can say for the same price you can find MUCH better.

Loved Blarney Castle Hotel

Our trip to Blarney Castle was magical!!! Hosts were more than amazing. We would recommend everyone stay here while in Cork! We will be back!!

The owners and staff are awesome. They are very friendly and accommodating. The hotel has an at home old European feel. I recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay near the Blarney Castle.

The staff was amazing and so personable. Our room was above the bar so it was a little loud while trying to go to sleep, but other than that, very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. I can’t say enough about the staff, so welcoming and helpful. We loved our stay at the Blarney Castle Inn.

A Great Stay

Perfect location for access to the castle. Rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Pub was fun and comfortable. Ate dinner in the bar, and we were both very pleased with the quality of the food. Breakfast was very tasty. Owners actively involved in the day-to-day, and seemed very eager to accommodate any needs or requests we had. We'd return in a heartbeat.
