"Mariana, Manager was very helpful when my wife and colleagues got food poisoning. We found out it was because of oysters we ate in a seafood restaurant in Kinsale. She called my wife and offered plenty of drinks. Staff were helpful getting my wife to go to Southdoc. "

"Perfect location. 10 minute walk into town. It’s an older property with nice views of the water. Breakfast was nice with croissants and coffee or tea. The host Peter is very welcoming and is knowledgeable on things to do in the area. Rooms are a bit cold but it is October and the weather was cold windy and rainy while we were there. I would recommend a stay."

"Great property and I would absolutely stay again. I felt safe and was very comfortable in my room. When I interacted with staff members, they were all very friendly and helpful. The only reason I didn’t grade them higher on the area around the property is that there are limited businesses around the hotel. There is a small pub within walking distance, but not really any other options. The hotel does offer food and has a bar…but I’d rather go out and eat in a neighborhood place than spend premium...

"This was a last minute booking.. was in a need for an early check in and the lovely gentleman on check in Carlos was able to accommodate with a smile.. could not of been more helpful, it was due to this gesture that i decided to stay in the hotel for lunch and dinner and drinks rather than heading into the city which was the orginal plan.. thank you carlos, food was delicious in the bar.. there was a lovely barman.. paudie who was so helpful to other american guests and gave them recommendations...
