Loved the property, very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Our only problem was arriving during rush hour and trying to find the hotel and parking amidst the one way streets. Would we stay there again, yes!

Recommend dropping bags off at door. Parking is a steep uphill walk.The elevator never worked the entire stay. There are steps everywhere, even in hallways on same level. They changed breakfast reservation time to later without letting us know. However the hotel is beautiful and breakfast was very good. I would stay here again,

Very happy with my stay at Isaacs! The room was clean and nicely decorated. It’s a little hard navigating the floors, but maybe that’s just me, I have no sense of direction. lol. Staff was very friendly and they have great options for drinks and or food right at the doorstep. It was super convenient to transportation (bus) and Paddywagon tours, and a quick walk to center city. Highly recommend! Would definitely go back!

The property was exactly as depicted in the photos and description. The area around the property seemed unsafe, lots of bars, homeless and men wandering the streets. We went for a walk to wander around and see the sights but quickly came back to have dinner at one of the restaurants in the little alley next to the hotel.

Very nice room. Very comfortable beds and well appointed shower. Close to buses for day trips (Blarney Castle and Cobh) and very walkable to local shopping areas. My only negative would be to request a quiet room. We had a twin bedroom that unfortunately was above the open restaurant and bar. VERY noisy until late at night. You could sing along with the songs as you could understand every word.

Helpful staff. Hotel is connected to a lovely outdoor area for drinks or food. Waterfall feature is gorgeous. Very quiet even facing the street.

We took the bus to Cork and bus station is a 10 minute easy walk to hotel. Hotel is centrally located and an easy walk to town. Lots of restaurants close by but you need reservations for sure. Hotel is well looked after. Staff were great, rooms clean and breakfast was good. Restaurants in hotel are really nice. I would definitely stay here again.

The courtyard for the hotel is an outdoor restaurant, which is very nice, but if your room faces the courtyard, the music is very loud. Given that the hotel does not have air conditioning is most of the rooms and you need to open the windows, the music will disrupt your stay.

This is a nice hotel in the middle of town but it is oddly situated in a building that also houses 2 restaurants. Somehow, though. It was very quiet because our room was all the way on the back. Parking was in a church lot a block or 2 away so this was not ideal, but given the hotel’s location on a bustling street, was understandable and we were glad they had parking at all. Overall, no complaints about this moderately priced place in the middle of a big city.

Staff member (forgot his name) was great. We arrived late at night and location of room (basically in the basement with bedroom window fronting a noisy road). Night manager took the time to walk the 2 blocks to show us our room and where to park. Parking was up the hill behind building in a church parking lot. Our apartment was very modern and clean. But was very inconvenient to pickup, and return keys as well as trying to load/unload car. Overall was a very decent place, but for us would definitely not be a repeat customer.

LOVED this hotel. Spent our anniversary night here on the way back to Dublin. Staff was very friendly, room was very spacious clean and renovated, the waterfall in the entrance was beautiful. Would stay here again!
