Second time here, another great stay! the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and the courtyard is stunning. Rooms got a little hot without a/c and the bed was a bit soft, but overall no complaints
We loved the location of this property. We also really liked the open space in our room. Upon arrival during posted office hours, we found ourselves locked out of the building and had to call for service. The front desk clerk arrived about ten minutes later and told us our room would be ready at 3pm. We were able to easily store our luggage so we could explore Grafton St before checking in. We came back at 3pm and our room still wasn’t ready for another 10-15 minutes so we waited in the front lobby/hall area. The common areas had a very unpleasant smell (of wet or mildew) that lasted the three days we were in the building. The room was nicely appointed with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Even though the building is located in a very loud part of Dublin, our room was always quiet which was nice. The bed was two twin beds pushed together which was a little uncomfortable and awkward but we made do. Due to the wonderful location and cleanliness of our room, we’d likely stay here again.
the room temperature was difficult being so hot despite turning down the temp and trying to have the fan running. Pillows were also uncomfortable adding to some sleeping difficulty. Overall happy with the stay based on customer service at reception being very nice, along with the morning staff for breakfast service being great as well.
The hotel is beautiful, with a waterfall and two restaurant/bars on the property. Parking and check-in/check-out were complicated by construction, which limited our ability to drop our bags before parking. The room was nice and the staff were kind.
