Poor standard on the interior looks good from outside. Lack of knowledge with staff. Bar manager tried to short Chang me !!!! The bar is in the eating area !!! All you can smell is salt and vinegar.

The hotel I use whenever visiting Cork. Friendly efficient staff. Room was large, comfortable with all the expected amenities. Had dinner in the restaurant, good value only issue is at this time of your the conservatory is quite cold.

Only ok found it expensive to dine and drink here meals were expensive and small was still starving after 3 course meal although it was nice, cocktails were weak and expensive and I tried to order drinks for my room over the phone I was told it would cost €7.50 and I agreed but then I was told I would have to walk from my room to the bar to pay... how ridiculous.. why order room service if your going to the bar anyway... checkout was 11 and not the usual 12 and at 1130 am cleaners knocked at my room continuously as I was to late leaving
