As a solo backpacker looking to visit Gruyere with a one night stays in Bulle, the very limited check in/out times and inability to check a bag made it complicated to visit the HR Giger museum. The only window that worked involved taking the train to Gruyere in the morning to visit as soon as it opened at 10 am, then taking the train back to bulle in time for the noon checkout. it’s a short ride, and fine...
