I love to walk so I opted to walk to Tralala from the train station - a 15 minute walk - no biggy. Leave the train station from the platform if possible, rather than descending to the main entrance. This will lessen the uphill climb with luggage in tow. The balance of the walk is uphill (think San Francisco) and tests stamina and energy (I am a senior-strong and capable) The staff was very friendly and helpful. A welcome drink was a great perc and truly enjoyed! Another perc was a free ride on the public transportation - a great plus! Be aware there is a bell tower that goes off on a regular basis somewhere nearby, however there are also ear plugs supplied in the room - yeah! Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great value for enjoying Montreux.

Incredibly helpful staff, kind and attentive, we met 4 different members of the team and they were all great and really looked after us! Rooms are slightly dark and dated but comfortable and clean, and nice and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the town. Overall a really enjoyable stay.

One night stay on train journey. Very arty hotel service was great Room and lift are small Long steep walk from the train station but there is a 206 bus if you don’t want to pay for a cab. Breakfast was great - very cosy hotel.

The staff were amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. The windows must’ve been very thick because it kept all noise out, very pleasant stay. Thank you.

Great service, comfy beds

Service was excellent as was the breakfast buffet. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom was quite small and could have provided more hooks and/or shelving.

We loved out stay at Tralala! The location is amazing and close to many transit options, both bus and train making it easy to get around. Montreux is very hilly and steep, but Tralala was in a great location in a very artistic area. The room was great, and we had a nice balcony with a view all the way down to the lake! Staff was super friendly and spoke English and gave us lots of tips and helpful advice.

Friendly staff who are helpful and make an effort to make sure you are happy with your stay. Small studio room on fourth floor was interesting and comfortable. Unique hotel that was less than 10 minutes by bus to the waterfront and casino area.

Nice room, small but efficient.

The room was compact but had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable and clean. The only quibble I had was with shower. A little more attention to the corners or maybe a recaulking job would make a nice difference.

Pedro service was good. However the hotel cleaning did not happen on time. Guess they’re understaffed. Great location and also plenty of parking options outside although with hourly restrictions.

The personal were excellent they provided me with a room though they were not informed of my hotel.com booking which did not come to them. The hotel was fully booked and they didn’t have my category of booked room ( and though it was not their mistake) they upgraded me for no extra cost. Also, are very helpful and their restaurant has excellent food.

Thank you for the help to get my lost bag.

During my stay, I lost my backbag in the bus. Fortunately, the staff of Trlala hotel enthusiastically and patiently dealt with the communication and the contact with the bus staff. Luckily, Tralala successfully got the news that my backbag was found and immediately told me how to go to the bus office to get it back. Appreciate the staff. Thanks a lot.
