We had a wonderful stay at Royal Plaza Montreux celebrating Richard’s 81st birthday. The front desk team were exceptional and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived.. Our lake view room was beautiful, and breakfast by the lake was a real highlight. Everything was perfect. Thank you for a truly memorable stay! ❤️

This hotel has a central location with beautiful view over lake Geneva! It’s also very convenient to take bus to the famous castle since the bus stop is right outside. The staffs are very nice and helpful!

Our usual spot to stay for the Montreux Jazz Festival; great location literally 3 minutes walk from the convention centre and balcony views of the lake. However, beware is it very noisy until 3am during festival fortnight.

One of the best hotels we stayed at during our journey through Switzerland. Fantastic breakfast and excellent location directly on Lake Geneva with a wonderful promende that we walked daily. The staff was friendly and always had a smile.

Location of the hotel was excellent, all within walking distance. The lake was outside the hotel, short walk to trains, buses and shops& cafes. Beautiful sceneries. Our room was very comfortable and spacious, even on 7th floor shower was brilliant. All the hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and responded to our queries immediately. The reception staff in particular was very very helpful. Breakfast had a good choice, the swimming pool and hot tub was clean and never crowded. I stayed with 3 teenage grandchildren and had the best time together. If we visit Montreux again this will be our choice again. Highly recommended to stay here to anyone visiting this beautiful lakeside town. We had a lovely relaxed time at the Royal Plaza hotel.

Our room set up was fantastic. Great space and view. It is dated and the carpets really need to be replaced as well as some new lights need to be added to the bathroom. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Location was excellent with the exception of all the set up of the Montreux Jazz festival (of which the hotel warned me of but I had no idea of the magnitude of the event). We would stay again!
