"We loved staying in Ross House. The place is quiet but close to many amenities. We loved canoeing on the lake. The pier is only 200m from the hotel. You can also go to a small beach about 3km from the hotel - short drive, beach is safe for kids. The hosts are super friendly and relaxed. Breakfast was great too. I will gladly go back "

"Lovely property, very convenient for the airport and in a charming town with good restaurants and walks. Great host, excellent comfortable room, and delicious breakfast. The only negative is that the walls are thin, but that's not the host's fault. Would return and recommend!"

With breakfast served at the main house, electric heating, own on suite bathroom with shower, tea coffee making facilities in the room and tv it's a home away from home with lovely wood smells. The hosts are brilliant lovely home cooked Irish breakfast every morning and very accommodating to your needs. We stayed two nights and just too short. "I think this was the strangest place I've ever stayed. It has a lot of promise - tucked quietly away in a remote corner of a small town off the beaten path. But I could hardly get anyone to check me in and I had to come stand by the front desk to get ANY wi-fi at all. The lady at the desk agreed that the wi-fi could be "a little dodgy" ... that's an understatement! In 2015 there is no excuse to not have solid wi-fi connectivity throughout a small hotel area like this one. After the parties ended...
