"The property was dirty with rusted shower head, broken lights, dirty shower tray, cigarettes in the toilet, marks on wall, open roof hatch, broken door and marked bedding. The room smelt strongly of smoke and the windows were dirty. We did not stay and had to find alternative accommodation. The bed could not be used as it was so dirty and the shower unsafe. I have stayed in basic hotels before but this was dirty, smelly and unsafe."

It was lovely to have the pool at our disposal, and the spa would have been wonderful had it been open.The bed was comfortable but the room had a musty smell and there seemed to be mold spores between the shower tiles. "Not far from the Archimedes Statue that stands on the bridge from Siracusa, Hotel Posta sits near the sea with a free parking lot nearby. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Our room was comfortable, and included a balcony with a table and chairs. A large breakfast buffet is served on the roof. Hotel Posta is ideal for exploring the lively fish market as well as all the archeological and historical sites crammed into this small town. "Habitat hotel is located in a quiet pedestrian street next to palazia vincenti bellini within walking distance of the best areas of Catania. The rooms are very large and luxurious with a minimalist decor , comfy bed and luxury bedding. The breakfast is excellent with a wide range of options. The best way to get to hotel from bus / rail stn. is by taxi ,do not rely on google maps to walk to hotel. "The hotel is at the best possible location, directly at the Duomo square. As a budget hotel, it meets the typical Italian standards, the room is dated but clean, the bathroom was updated and modern but the shower was very small. There is no elevator but that suits me fine since elevators in buildings like these tend to be clunky, so I avoid them in any case. Breakfast was a voucher to get a hot drink and pastry at the best cafe in the square, which is my favorite way of doing breakfast in Italy,...

"We had such a good time staying at Villa Felicia! The setting is very peaceful, there are lemon and lime trees all around, it's quite and beatiful. The best part is the staff, they are incredibly warm and welcoming. Rooms are simple and rustic but very comfortable, breakfast is plentiful and the restaurant is surpringly very good - an elevated version of traditional Sicilian dishes."
