"We go to Shreveport LA to visit family and we always stay at the Homewood Suites by Hilton. Usually we have a super nice room. This room had a lot to lack. Super small tub that had chips in the porcelain. The outside of the fridge needed to be cleaned. Our check in time was 3 pm and we got there at 3:30 and had to wait another hour for a clean room. All the AC in the room was off and it was nearly 80 degrees in our room. This room was just not what we are used too and definitely not as described...

"Staff at check in was so wonderful! Professional, friendly, prompt. Explained 1st floor being worked on but confirmed it was still quiet (this is the floor with handicapped showers). Not a real walkable area...no sidewalks or crosswalks. Dinner at the bistro was great! "

"The hotel is a bit outdated. But other wise a nice hotel. The only thing that i have to say is that we came in a room after a dog and the floor had poop in the corner. We let the hotel staff know and they took care of it. We will come back in the future"

The young men working offered several time to help with our bags, the sweet ladies at the desk did everything they could to make our stay as smooth as possible, and the sweet lady at breakfast was just precious!! "They were doing renovations which made it noisy and smelled like paint. There also was not enough body wash in the containers in the shower."
