There was no hot running water in the vathroom the whole stay and i caleed wxpedia to request a full refund but the hotel is literally avoiding the phone call to expedia to avoid returning my money for a stay with no water

Scammy staff, upon arrival with a reservation they told me they were fully booked and didn’t have a room for me, I asked for a refund, told me to reach out to Expedia since I booked through them, I reach out to Expedia and they said they need to contact the property for a refund, and property claims that my reservation is a no show. No refund, no resolution, just passing the buck around. Both parties expedia and hotel is scammy. Avoid.

The staff was excellent,the bed was comfortable.the shower needs more water pressure and the toilet need to be bolted to the floor. The toilet seat need the correct one installed. Not enough lights. But it was all under construction, inside and out. Not enough security on site. Sign said not responsible for theft of contents or car.

Traded rooms. No doors actually locked well. The lobby AC was broken. There was stored furniture in the “dining area” the building itself smelled of mold and uncleanliness. No electrical outlet covers, drawers that didn’t fit inside the cabinets in the kitchenette, mircrowave was falling out of the wall, the stove didn’t work, was afraid to open the refrigerator, most of the lights didn’t work, the bed was falling apart, the bed looked dirty and the bedding was the wrong size, the drapes were hung up with well I’m not even sure but they were barely hung there, it looked as if they had been hit by a hurricane, was under water, and then trying to rebuild the place. How they are even allowed to be open to the public is beyond me, and how Expedia is even listing them is crazy to me. Do not stay here.

Shut it down.

The hotel was disguising. The door was bent to the room the lights did not work. We walked in and ran out That place should be condemned. Can’t even call that a motel…..I believe people were living there with their families. I would never…. I wish I did take pictures you can’t make this up

This hotel was gross. Filthy floors, tub, toilet. Smelled of drugs. People hanging out in the parking lot all hours of the night. Desk clerk was rude and snappy. Did not feel safe myself or vehicle outside.
