"The front desk staff was exceptional: polite, helpful, and very accommodating. We arrived at 6:30am flying all night from Los Angeles and didn't get good sleep on the plane. We asked if we could pay extra to check in early, even though there was no room available at that time, they tried and moved things around and was able to get us checked in at 9am with just a small early check in fee. "Our family really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. All the staff were extremely helpful. We liked how a 7 Eleven was connected to the hotel so obtaining snacks was easy and the location was within 15 minutes drive from all the locations we were interested in. We will definitely use this hotel during our next visit to Taipei. "

"Stayed for 5 nights from end May to June 2024, had an extremely pleasant stay and hotel facilities and amenities are really great. We booked the elite room as a couple and all is well despite the slightly smaller room size. Cleanliness is good, only really slight wear and tear in the shower area flooring but is totally negligible. "Close to Taipei Main Station. Clean comfortable room, although hallway carpet and laundry in basement a little aged and shabby. Beautiful view of the city. The only real problem I had was the WiFi. It was truly terrible even for searching on google maps (which is a common activity when traveling). I had to buy more data on my eSIM to support myself. I can’t imagine trying to do any work on the WiFi. "

"The place may be a little small. However, the location is very central and convenient. The provided breakfast is unexpectedly outstanding. They even open the restaurant space the rest of the day for customers to use with their own food. We enjoyed our stay, though we struggled a little to get the chargers working on the room sockets. Overall, very good value."
