Overall, pleasant stay at Hinoen Hotel. Room is clean and tidy. Location is great too. Z4 exit is under construction or repair so elevator is out of order. You will need to carry 3 flights of stairs up to ground level.

The rooms were very nice and clean, looks like it was newly renovated! There was a lot of space, bed was comfy and loved amenities provided! We really appreciated that we were given coffee pods rather than instant coffee! The staff were friendly and helpful and the lounge area was nice to relax and have a drink before heading out again! The location was also super convenient! Surrounded by food and near the Taipei main station. We would recommend this place to others who visit Taipei 😊

Clean and contemporary room, with good bathroom fittings. Can have more hooks and hangers for clothes, but that is just a minor inconvenience. Professional and helpful staff, who are accommodating to requests and clear in responding to queries. Overall, a comfortable experience. I will be back!

I have no complaints and highly recommend this hotel. The most stand out is the staff at the lobby. As a first timer visiting Taiwan, the staff, Sherry and Mio spent their time to show me where and how to go places. They are very polite and friendly. I definitely will stay at this hotel again whenever I return to Taiwan.

Clean room, washroom was somewhat clean but had to wipe down a spot on the toilet seat. Staff was friendly and helpful. Washer and dryer room was clean and easy to use. Other than a smaller than expected couch/chair, everything else was exactly as shown on booking site and satisfactory.

The staff service was excellent, but during the shower, water kept leaking from the shower booth, so I had to place towels on the floor. There was an old, musty smell throughout the room, and a strange odor kept coming from the bathroom area, which made the stay unpleasant.

It was ok, but…

The room was comfortable. Linen and towels in good condition. Kind Staff The only thing that really made me uncomfortable was the fact that they charged my credit card for the deposit, 1 week BEFORE my check in at the hotel It’s the first time this ever happens to me and I don’t understand why Hotels.com allow the to do so. The hotel didn’t have my credit card info, but hotels.como did So… both companies are responsible for this

Great location and super clean hotel

Stayed here on my short trip back to Taiwan. Great location as it was a quick walk from the airport MRT and Taipei Main station. Hotel was quiet despite being on a busy street and very clean! The only blemish was the bed wasn't as comfortable as I had hoped for. Location is great if you want to be around shopping, food, etc

The hotel is closed to the Taipei Main Station, easy to reach from Taoyuan Airport, only 5-10mins walk to reach the station. Also near the sightseeing spot like Dadaocheng pier. Must try ordering the tasty breakfast at the front desk.
