"Just back from our holidays and we had the most amazing time! We were in a company of 4 generations from 5 to 75 years years old and each of us had brilliant time . The hotel location is just spotless, you can’t find any better- best beach just across the road, some shops nearby, close walking distance to the centre and local attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful, always diversity of food and drinks, the hotel itself is very compact and always had a welcoming comforting atmosphere ....

"We had no shampoo and no blankets in the room and had to ask several times to get them. We had a leaking shower that created a paddle on the floor and asked for it to be fixed. It did not get fixed during our whole stay. We always had water on the floor which is terrible first of all and not safe at all if you slip and fall and break any parts of your body. The staff was friendly, but still, the problems did not get fixed."

"The layout of the hotel into several blocks was a good idea keeping noise to a minimum of people around.Beds were quite hard but this seems normal in Turkey Food choice was excellent although the guests queuing seemed impatient to wait behind others.It was irritating that exta services seemed to be pushed in an all inclusive hotel.Information on what was included was provided on a sheet at reception on request.The chefs are to be commended and also the chambermaids.I would particularly like to...

"So, the room was fine. All staff extremely helpful, and the food very nice! Extremely clean too. The problem was there was extensive building work going on inside the hotel area, and the wether wasn't good, so we couldn't tolerate the noise which went on near the lobby all day long, except mral times. I had annef on staying more days as the location and food are great, but checked out because of the noise. The poor reception manager, had to endure right next to it!"

"My family spent a week at the hotel. The area is nice and beautiful. If you need some shopping, there are several market centers there, where you can find almost everything. The rooms are comfortable, but I do not recommend to stay in Moonlight building. We changed twice rooms there and both times we had leaking at the wash room, that created terrible smell.
