Good location. The staff does not speak English Very well (and quests are mostly russian). But the hotel is right on the Beach and overall pretty good experience.

This is our go too hotel when travelling up the Mediterranean coast. 4th visit and has never changed. The staff are amazing, very helpful and accomadating. Artur at the front desk has been there for over 10 years and is an asset to Xperia. Location is the best, private beach is the best beach i have been to along the coast. Dining options there is so many and the dining staff are the best. Had a Balinese massage whilst at hotel and these ladies are bettwr than any massage we had in Bali. 10/10 for this property. Recommend without hesitation. This place has it all. Thankyou Artur and Xperia Hotel for the best experience. After 17 days on the road you were the best hotel we stayed in.

If you specifically want to stay near Cleopatra Beach in Alanya, Xperia Hotel can be a decent choice, though it comes with pros and cons. The hotel has its own private beach area with spectacular views and offers easy access to shopping, dining, and walking areas. The staff are very kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. However, based on our personal experience, this does not feel like a true 4-star hotel — more like a 3-star. They didn't have bell service and we had to move our suitcases ourselves. Our room was somewhat outdated and not cleaned properly, with hair left on the bathroom floor and sink. While the hotel operates on an all-inclusive basis, we found the food bland, with limited variety and quality compared to other 4- and 5-star hotels we stayed in during our trip.

This is 4 stars hotel but the food is not great there’s no much choices to choose I would not recommended to families with children this hotel is mostly for single or couples I stay here for 3 nights but the housekeeper did not show up at all no putting any extra toilet paper or changing the towel bit disappointed

Forced Change of Hotel

Whilst checking in at the hotel I was informed that the hotel was closing in 2 days and that I would have to find alternative accommodation. I am unsure if Hotels.com had been made aware of this but I can say that I am very unhappy with the experience as the alternative hotel was inferior to my original choice, as a Platinum Member I would have to say that I have been let down.

The pros: right on the beach. Lots of lounge chairs. Good food options for people with no food allergies. The cons: despite having reserved an upgraded room, we only received it two days into our four day stay. Really loud music every night from the hotel’s stage, staring around 9PM and going till midnight. Also, my food allergies were not being observed. I got really sick on my second meal there despite confirming my food allergies with the staff. Many staff did not speak any English, and even though I had printed out my allergies in Turkish, no one seemed to know about them or care much.

Ett bra hotell som ligger i ett bra område nära allt finaste i Alanya! Mysigt, rent och väldigt nära stranden. Maten var gott men inte särskilt varierad, det var glädje att sitta och äta i matsalen. På kvällarna hade hotellet aktiviteter(konsert, karaoke eller show) Vi stannade på hotellet två nätter, vet inte om vi skulle vilja stanna på hotellet längre, kanske max 3 nätter

Luksusloma Kleopatra Beachillä

Hotellin sijainti on loistava, oma ranta ja ilmaiset rantatuolit löytyvät hotellin pihapiiristä, samoin uima-allas (ei ole lämmitettävä). Ravintolat ja kaupat ovat heti hotellin vieressä. Hotelli on siisti ja huoneet upealla merinäköalalla. Patja oli uusi ja paksu, hyvä nukkua. Hotelli on muuten hiljainen, mutta kovaääninen iltaohjelma estää nukkumisen ennen klo 23.30. Venäläisiä oli hotellissa paljon ja he saavat parempaa palvelua kuin muut vieraat, myös diskossa soitettiin heille suunnattua musiikkia.
