Excellent hotel. Very good value for money. Limited food selection but very tasty and an extensive salad bar. Pool is small but it was always easy to find a sunbed. Very clean and modern. Reception sell currency at an excellent rate. Safe place to stay and easy walking assess to the shops. Would most definitely return. PS: Housekeeping only change towels and fold the bed sheet.

Staff were amazing. The hotel room was a little small but that was the option we chose and the food was very similar each day but still a good quality. The staff were there to help whenever needed, they provided an amazing service, I can’t fault anything at all and I would definitely recommend staying here

The staff was great, very friendly. The food was good. Everything was pretty good. But the showers drain was very slow. Our room was not cleaned 2 times. We ran out of toilet paper and we had to ask for the water one time.

A big thanks to the owner of the hotel Ahmed for his kindness and love to animals, his adopted dogs and his dog at the hotel Zeytin who was a super cutie and everyone’s favorite. And thanks to Efe at the reception for his help and advice. The hotel was clean, easy to reach to and from, staff was friendly and helpful. The food was good. The guys area was good too. Overall, an exceptional experience

Food was plentiful and good choices everyday. Staff were friendly and efficient. Afternoon tea was amazing and shouls not be missed! Shuttlebus was very useful and always on time. Pool clean and nor too busy. Rooms clean, beds comfortable. A/c worked well so able to have cool room for good nights sleep. Get the hotel to organise transfers as by far easiest and cheapest way if private transfer required. Definitely would recommend if you don't want a hotel right on the beach as was easy to access all areas of Alanya.

Really nice hotel with a very good price-quality ratio. It is clean and the cleaning stuff do their job well but some parts of the room remained untoched and the curtains were dusty but all around is ok. The food is really nice and changes often, salats and fruits are fresh. Pool is clean. WLAN works very well and is fast. The area is nice 15 min walk to beach, you have shuttle bus to the cleopatra beach too. Good shopping area. All around 4/5 stars. We enjoyed it.

Very good experience overall. At check 4 of us were asked to share a family room for 1 night because the 2 booked double rooms required extra maintenance. The room we were shown smelled of smoke, despite all rooms should be no smoking. After complaining we were given another 2 double rooms which were perfect: no smell of smoke, and we didn't have to move for the whole stay. Rooms: very clean, well serviced on a daily basis, well furnished, nothing broken or malfunctioning. Our experience showed that sometimes guests smoke in the rooms despite they shouldn't. So pay attention at check in if you have issues with smoke. All or most of the rooms look out to a very busy boulevard. In our room on the 6th floor traffic noise was audible from early morning until about midnight, but not so much as to affect our sleep. It is possible that rooms at lower floors are noisier. Staff: always very very nice Food: all inclusive, very good quality, a lot of choice even towards the end of the meals time. Service and convenience: excellent. 2 liters of water provided daily in the room fridge; beach/swimming pool towels included; multiple daily shuttle to/from the beach (morning, before/after lunch and evening); 2 beds and 1 umbrella per room on the beach. Everything for free. Nothing to worry about. Apart from the issue at checking, our stay was extremely pleasant and we would happily come back again.

Very nice hotel, the only thing that spoils it is the ball games in the pool, they should put a notice up no ball games, you had ball's knocking glasses over on the tables , on one occasion a ladies phone was knocked completely off the table,and when the ball games are going on it's very rowdy other hotels don't allow ball games when people are lying there soaking up the sun not very peaceful at all.

The hotel is located in the city, which makes it convenient for those who prefer a city/walking vacation. The hotel's beach is a 25-minutes walk away. The closest beach is no 3 that belongs to a different hotel, and the fee is 100 TL/d (ca $6/d). The food is good but there is no variety, the menu every day is pretty much the same (speaking about the all-inclusive). However, Alanya itself is a very nice city with different beautiful attractions : it has it all: mountains (check out the castle), sea (Kleopatra beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in Turkey), and even a cave (Damlatas is a very popular tourist attraction). The hotel's staff is very friendly and cordial, they cooperate and solve your problems, which makes your stay rather careless and convenient. All in all we would give the hotel a solid 4, and it's a fantastic value for the money! (Lola and Irina)

Bumpy Start But Great Outcome

When I first arrived at the Ramira Joy, they gave me a room without a view on the 1st floor. So I felt I was being hustled. But the room did have a full balcony, unlike half balcony rooms on most upper floors. I ended up liking the room and staying there for two weeks. The hotel service was excellent. They fixed problems right away, the front desk people were always attentive to my needs, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight of the day. It’s a good safe walkable neighborhood with many cafes & shops. Just watch out for scammers, because Alanya has many shady business people who try to get over on tourists. During my stay at the hotel, there seemed to be a lot of Russians…especially young couples with infant children. I had the feeling that they were not there on holiday. I don’t know if they were running from Putin, avoiding the draft, or what. But the hotel at times did feel like a refugee camp. Yet the Russian guests were still welled behaved—just kind of distant. Alanya is is a hidden gem, and I would encourage other Americans like myself to go there and stay at the Ramira Joy. Despite my first encounter, the hotel is still a great value for the price. It lives up to its 4 star rating, and you’ll won’t be disappointed.

Siivous onnistui aina pyydettäessä. Ruoka oli hyvää ja monipuolista. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Miinusta tuli siitä, että saimme huoneeseemme vain yhden avainkortin eikä toista vaikka pyysimme. Sänky oli kova ja peitoksi saimmevain jonkinlaisen ryijyn ilman mitään lakanoita. Siitä kyllä miinusta.
