"Lovely property. Very quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast choices. Comfortable, clean room with tea, coffee etc, fridge and microwave. Let down by the bathroom - a poor design - the floor flooded each time we used the shower, no matter how careful we were. ( Nothing the owners could do about this, but unfortunately we were woken at 5.30am each morning by the early risers with heavy feet in the room above ours. We’d ask for an upstairs room if we stayed again). "

"The accommodation was super clean and spacious with everything needed for our stay. Only downside was that bedrooms were upstairs which was difficult as one of us had recent back surgery - didn't know beforehand that all 2 bedroom apartments were over two floors. Apart from that we had a lovely stay."

"I was welcomed warmly. The property is well maintained and pleasing to be at. My room was well looked after clean and with Towels and shower products well presented. Food was well priced and the drinks available at the bar were really good, with craft ale available. Parking was easily used and close to the rooms."

"We had a good sized apartment which had cooking facilities and a fridge. The bed was really big and comfortable. No issues apart from the fact that they weren’t open on Monday. The bathroom sink was too small and the overhanging cupboard made it difficult to avoid hitting your head when washing your face! Getting the shower temperature right was a challenge and disappointing that it was in the slippery bath and not separate. Staff we met at breakfast were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast...

"Absolutely fantastic hotel, value for money was great, the setting is stunning and the breakfast menu is fantastic, but most importantly they had plugs and USB sockets next to the bed and a good shower! couldn’t recommend enough!"
