Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. Gave a 4 for property conditions because the outdoors needs a little upkeep but indoors it’s great. Nice staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again. "

"We loved this place from the moment we pulled into the parking area. When Angela greeted us in the reception area, we knew it was going to be a special stay. She offered us some team and gingerbread cookies and gave us a quick tour of the facilities. OMG, what a wonderful place. We travel a lot, this place is magical. So peaceful and quiet, we overslept in the morning (very unusual for us). Just lovely. "

"The hotel is in a fantastic position within walking distance of the historic centre and Convento de Cristo, but has loads of parking and spacious grounds. The rooms are large and comfortable although perhaps the bathroom was a little dated. The restaurant was very good. The overall impression was a really friendly place with helpful staff and a really good atmosphere. We would definitely recommend and return. "

"Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
