Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. "Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "
