"Wonderful stay! The staff were always friendly, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of options for everyone. Our suite was spacious and comfortable, also had a beautiful balcony and view of the entrance to the Fatima Sanctuary which is about a 7 minute walk. The bus depot is right next door. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Vanessa, Pedro, Jessica, Clara and all the dining room staff. "

"Rooms did not have good sound proofing, we could hear the neighbors cough, sneeze etc. The facilities were lovely but there was carpeting in the halls and rooms that was very worn, dirty and spotty. Appreciated the parking garage. "

"Check in was easy. Staff went over and above. After I came back to hotel from the Fatima procession I was in extreme pain in my back and the elevator was being cleaned and we were told we needed to use the stairs. I explained I was in pain and the front desk told me I could use the service elevator - my room was on the 4th floor. We also asked for ice in the morning to put in my freezer bag and they gave me twice the amount I needed. Definitely will recommend this hotel. "

"The staff was very professional and kind,The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was four stars. I love the story in how the hotel became to be to support the missionarys in the seminarian bldg near by in the pass. The free parking is a plus bonus.I will go back any time."
