"Nice corner room, warm, secure. Good bedding, bed was lumpy, but I was too tired to care. Window above bed gappy and wind squealed through it during night. Would stay again, as cheap easy accommodation. Staff need to learn how to smile and be helpful rather than bare minimum and hating their jobs - although maybe they do."

"Quiet room, the bed is very comfortable. Walking distance from the main shopping road in Auckland and a quick stroll from Sky tower and casinos. Would recommend and definitely would stay again "

"Everything was really good till we tried to access Albert Bar. Only to be told we should have booked and that there was nothing available till 10pm. We were not advised when checking in, that we should make a booking or we may not be able to access the bar. Also some confusion around purchasing coffee, where I paid via eftpos when ordering to asked to sign for the coffees when it was placed against our room - poor communication."

"I liked the size of the apartment and the cleanliness. It was a good base to visit the hospital. The parking was a little anxiety producing getting in and out but was a bonus as on site. The hand basin drained very slowly and I advised them. I would have like a scrubber to clean the pot with. It was spotless when we arrived but the dishwasher and soft cloth didn’t bring it back to that."

"Room generally quiet and safe good tv bed quite nice good blanket and sheet. Shower a bit hard to set tempreture and also ventialtion of shower room insufficient but can leave door open and use aircon."

"I was in room 1313 first but the TV didn’t work so was changed to room 615 both rooms were nice. Sunday night a club on Queens st had thumping music till 1am which keeped me awake that would have been the only down full. The parking was a bit expensive to my liking $ it was convenient overall it was a nice stay. Thank you to the staff."

"Love it there. But Building construction beside the reception at the hotel close to our room was a bit noisy if you like to sleep in or have an afternoon rest. If so book well away from that area in a room at the far end. "

"Loved my stay. Room was spacious and well laid for rest and working. Upon check-in, staff were so friendly and helpful! Location is incredibly convenient -- near green space, shopping and dining. Gym and pool are great -- gym equipment a bit dated, but tonnes of it and lots of space. Will definitely stay here again!"
