The hotel was amazing. It was in a great location and easily accessible for both shopping and transport with it being a 5 minute walk to Britomart. There are many great dining options around. The breakfast options where good and the staff was great.

Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helpful and even gave my daughter a birthday gift on arrival. Location is perfect for cbd and the sky tower. I didn’t like the bathroom/shower but that is personal preference and the parking is extremely expensive offsite at $59 for the hours of 2pm-10am.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We found the breakfast a good start for each day. The stay were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms whilst compact were clean and quiet and daily room service was maintained. Would we stay here again yes we would. The location was good also with easy access to city and sights.

Stephan was an amazing receptionist! He was warm and accommodated my requests for a smoother check-in. The rooms were clean and peaceful. Good facilities. Breakfast was really goood too!
