"Location was perfect for being close to departure terminal. I do have a suggestion - It seems that the lobby and restaurant area are treated with 'scented' products. The smell is overwhelming. For those of us with reactive airways, this can cause asthma attacks and/or severe lung irritation. I suggest property managers look at options to minimize this issue. Thanks."

"My flight was delayed by almost 2 hours, any longer would have meant I would miss the last train from paddington to London, I called the reception and was put at ease by the person, I think it was Nick, reassured me there would be someone available to book me in. As promised, was met at reception, quick and easy check in, comfortable bed, it was a great night's sleep."

"The service, rooms, cleaning and breakfast was amazing. Reception printed off tickets and upgraded our stay. Good value for money. The area Slough itself did not feel that safe and there is nothing appealing in Slough. It's only a twenty drive from airport and approximately a 10 minute drive to Windsor castle. Taxis readily available. It's still cheaper than staying in Windsor but as a tourist you may prefer to stay in the CBD The only item I would request of the motel is some pamphlets or...

"Great large room and comfortable bed however was really warm as it had been hot that day so walked into a sauna and took awhile for the room to cool. Also transport link to the airport wasn’t clear and we ended up spending over 30 mins on a bus trying to figure out how to get to T5 - this could have been explained at check in as opposed to just be handed a piece of paper which the timings didn’t match"

"Very nice staff, accommodating, friendly and helpful. This is the strong point. Very good breakfast with a massive variety. The cons were that the pool is permanently closed and the A/C was not working and our room was very hot. It took a long time for room service and house keeping to respond, but we eventually got what we asked for. "

"The inside of the property was very clean and well-maintained. Much of it appears to have been recently renovated. The hotel staff were helpful and pleasant. We would stay here again. Soundproofing was great being so close to the airport."
