I used the workout facility, it was very clean, and had great equipment. The pool was crystal clear and very clean. The staff catered to all our needs. We will stay here again."

"First of all, the hotel employees should take sanitary education classes immediately. I saw the employees in the restaurants do not clean the tablecloth after customers used. They just swing it and put it again on the table. They may not wash the tablecloth for a week or longer. I also saw a lifeguard on the poolside wash his foot by putting his foot into the pool. "Staff was so kind and helpful, very good english. We got am upgrade in room and of our requests were granted. The Bangalo room is so comfy and has a great bathroom which reminds a spa itself. Also tbe Songlo Spa was so great. Best massage in all of the 6 massages I got during my stay. Please make sure to reserve in advance as it is very popular. We wanted to do again before checkout but there was so slots available. Definitely going back again!"

"Located close to everything. Just a bit hard to find at first as it’s in a small street. Nice clean well maintained property. Pool has a great view. The breakfast staff is very helpful in helping with food allergies. And they were accommodating for an hour later checkout. "
