Great location. Not only is it amidst many nice restaurants and shops, but it also has an unbeatable sea view. The staff are friendly and professional. This is a hotel with very good value for money.

A great hotel opposite the beach. Room was lovely with stunning views of the sea. Reception staff were fantastic so helpful. The breakfast was fantastic lots of choice. Only thing unfortunately most of the hotels have limited sunbeds on the beach so difficult to get them. But you can hire them for a cheap daily rate.

Kunne ikke ha valgt et hotell med bedre beliggenhet. Nydelig utsikt mot havet og stranda. Stedet hadde fått full pott++ ifra meg hadde det ikke vært for at jeg sleit litt med lydnivået ifra trafikken i gata som skiller hotellet ifra stranda. Utenom dette stemte alt for meg og jeg stortrivdes. Personalet var veldig trivelige og serviceinnstilte!

Flott strand og havutsikt. Hotellet ligger perfekt plassert i sentrum av byen. Bassengområdet var flott. Litt støy fra veien og strandområdet (tidlig på morgenen) er eneste minus. Savnet restaurant/bar på hotellet

夜10時にチェックイン、 案内された部屋は4階でした。洗面の排水口には栓がなく、夜中トイレが流れず、朝起きると眼下は プールビュー 、そして 道路が目の前に、オーシャンビューをの部屋を予約したのですが最も低層階で残念です。 さらに渡された文書には宿泊期間中 1階で工事が行われるという内容、 こういったことは事前に アナウンスしておくべきでしょう。 27階ある客室のうちの 最も下の階で、確かに 海側の部屋ではありますが リアルオーシャンビューには程遠いです。 翌朝 受付でルームチェンジをお願いしました。 その日の2時過ぎには マネージャーが来室、15階のアパートメントスタイルの部屋にアップグレードしていただき 以降快適な滞在を楽しめました。

The hotel is nice but the service is poor. Some of the receptionists couldn't put a smile on their face. They treat foreigners a lot nicer than Vietnamese people. It's very odd as you spend way more money than the foreign tourists.Speak English if you are Vietnamese Americans. This hotel has a habit of saying sorry without doing anything about it.

Hotel was nice unfortunately the service was not so good. I tried several times to message the hotel to pay for an early check in with no response. Then when we arrived the first person at reception said we could have an early check in and they would call when the room was ready. No call came. I then when back to reception who a new and rude staff memeber told me it was impossible. When I saw other people checking in again before 2pm I went back up to ask and the reception told me very rudely „I already told you nothing before 2pm“ Extremely disappointing from a hotel rated as high as this.

全体的に少し古めな感じですが、よく手入れされていると思います。ビーチの目の前で眺めは最高でした。朝ごはんも色々なバリエーションがあって、近くにも食べ物屋や雑貨屋、フルーツジューススタンド等、立地も言うことありません。角地にある為、タクシー呼ぶのも助かりました。問題があるとすれば、設備が少し古めなのか、電気が点灯していたこと、私はすぐ消してしまって使わなかったんですが。スタッフのサービスもいつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。売店のお姉さんは愛想がなかったです。次回も機会があれば利用したいです。

オーシャンビューのラナイが最高です。 環境 セーリングクラブの音楽、クラクション、真隣のホテルのカラオケなど騒音はあるものの立地的に致し方ないのかと思います。 朝食 楽しみにしていたココナッツコーヒーはなかったですが、おおむね満足です。 プール 濁っていたけど、問題ないレベル 土日はフロントロビーにお行儀が良いとは言いがたい人々もいましたが立地の良さ、景色の良さではダントツかも。
