"Lovely stay, good location for accessing what the island has to offer, be that beach or mountain, descent buffet offering and we loved the hide on the nature reserve out the back of the hotel, each morning we watched kingfishers, marsh harrier and many warblers across the marshland, very beautiful!"

"Lovely hotel nice & central with free car parking a less than 5 mins walk away. Close to the beaches, marina & restaurants. Continental breakfast was good, not a huge choice but plenty for most people. Only niggle for us was we had the private terrace option which wasn't private at all & 3 times we found people using our beds on our "private" terrace right outside our doors, which was annoying. Not sure it was worth the extra as everyone else used it!"

"Had a lovely 10 days with our 1 year old and 4 year old. Loads for the kids to do in the hotel, loved the gym and olympic pool for the adults, and Puerto Pollença is beautiful."

"We loved the hotel, its location, our room decor and the breakfast. Only thing we would say tarnished the stay was that we checked out on my birthday. The booking was in my name via hotels.com and even put it on the special requests to make sure the hotel knew and we didn’t even get so much as an acknowledgement of choosing to stay at your hotel for 3 nights for my birthday. Sad that the human touch was missed there by staff at all touch points throughout the stay."

"Quiet, peaceful. Small, although probably bigger than it seemed as so widely spaced out. Several pools and plenty of loungers. Places to play some sports were dotted all over the place, but subtle. There was evening entertainment- not my thing- it could be heard but unobtrusive. Our room had a great sea view and beautiful sea breeze. The room was perfect. Very clean, quite large and a good balcony. "

"This is a resort hotel with an excellent range of central facilities and activities. The whole operation is extremely well managed. All the staff are excellent, but particularly the waiting staff, who were amazing. The suites are large and well designed. The all-inclusive deal (early May) was excellent value for money. Meals were buffet style, with a wide range of excellent food and drink always available."

"Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. "This hotel was well set up for families with small children. The staff organised many activities in the day with some good shows in the evening. There were plenty of sun loungers and the hotel was convenient for local shops, restaurants etc...."
