Lovely hotel, and nice amenities Lucia is an absolute super star and was so helpful when my father got sick, and was so caring. I wish the rest of the staff were all like her, only feedback would be the buffet evening food, this needs to get better but everything else made up for that! Car park is helpful and the bike room was secure for my boyfriend Ironman

We had a great stay. The two ladies at reception were friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel's architecture is beautiful. The breakfast is plentiful and a wide variety of food is available. The beach is across the road. We stayed in the new anexe of the hotel with sea view. The bed was comfy and we slept well. The nearest bus stop is around 12ish minutes from the hotel. A good selection of restaurants is within 10 to 20mn walking distance. We would happily recommend Hoposa Uyal.

Excellent hotel, opposite the beach with great facilities on site. Staff were excellent, really helpful, very clean, breakfast was great with loads of choice. Not too far from main town square. This was my second visit and I would happily recommend and will visit again.

Wonderful clean hotel! Staff were wonderful. Location was within walking distance to dining, shopping and the pine walk. There is no coffee maker in the room but the instant coffee was pretty good. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Beautiful Puerto Pollensa

Our room has been new refurbished and was excellent. The staff at the Hotel are very friendly and helpful, especially Christina on Reception and Sebastian in the dining room. The Hotel is just over a quiet road from the beach. It is within easy walking time from the Town Centre and all the restaurants and bars. This Hotel is exceptional

Great location

The location and staff are great. I booked an oceanview room which was quite spacious and comfortable. The view from the room was of a wall. If you walked out on the deck you could see the ocean. This room was in the main hotel building and was quite private and quiet. Overall a nice relaxing stay. However it felt like they allocated me one of their worst rooms in the ocean view category.

We had a wonderful eight day stay at Hoposa Uyal in June 2024. Both the breakfast and the dinner buffets were varied with interesting and very well cooked and tasty menu options every day. The coffee from the hot drink machines at breakfast was delicious. The room was kept very clean every day, and the view from the frontal sea view room was wonderful, especially at sunrise. The staff were very friendly and courteous.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful location but 1 hour drive from the airport. Room was amazing (2 twin beds, partial sea view on balcony). Comfortable, spacious, suited our needs perfectly. Amazing bathroom and shower. Balcony was a nice addition, overlooks the pool. Beach is quick walk across a one way street. Great loungers and furniture around the pool area. Breakfast was delicious and offered a LARGE number of items. Friendly staff, easy check in/out, very helpful.

Fantastic Week at The Uyal

My Wife and I enjoyed another fantastic week at the Uyal. From our greeting at Reception to check out, the service was 1st class. All the staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent, with a superb selection, cereals, fruit, breads, pastries, cooked breakfast, everything you could wish for. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beach. The Hotel is within easy walking distance of the shops and restaurants in the Town Centre. This hotel is superb 10 out of 10

Do not skip the mojitos, they were the best we've ever had thanks to Sebastien's recipe. The staff was all super friendly and helpful. Do consider doing half board so you get to enjoy the breakfast and dinner buffet. They offered great variety, used fresh ingredients, and every dish we sampled was absolutely delicious. Only downsides, the AC in the room didn't quite keep it as cold as I like, the cleaning products smelled too strong for my liking, and you had to snag a patio chair by 8am or not get one. Overall the value for the money was there and we'd stay at Hoposa Uyal again in a heartbeat.

First time staying at this hotel. Have been coming to the sister hotel for many years but they didn’t have availability this time. We all agreed we now prefer the Uyal. Much friendlier relaxed atmosphere. The hotel was lovely, staff excellent. Our group stayed in rooms in both the annex and main building and everyone was very pleased. The rooftop terrace in the annex was great as was the area around the pool of the main hotel. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Only complaint was the coffee was terrible and the coffee machines broke down every day. But we would happily come back again.

We booked a room specifically with a sea view and balcony (the balcony was mentioned on the Expedia website in the room details) and when we arrived, they gave us a small room with no balcony. The receptionist couldn't help us with a different room straight away that evening, but said she would speak to the manager in the morning. Expedia customer service also helped and called the hotel directly. The manager upgraded us to a sea view suite with balcony the following day, which made a huge difference to our experience and we were very appreciative. I highly recommend that Expedia changes the information on their website, as they put the hotel in a difficult position.
