The apartment was conveniently located, right in the middle of the mayority of tourist places. Minimarket right down the building and a lot of restaurants and bars to pick from. Profesional staff and well property very well mantained
The room was lovely very well equipt and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. atmosphere around the site is great and we had a wonderful time. Pools were clean and sun loungers comfy.
Enjoyable stay at a very nice hotel. Could do with a bit of money spent on upgrade to lifts, rooms and pool area, but, don't let that put you off. The staff are fantastic.
Stayed for 3 nights with friends our second visit this year. Had a fabulous time both at the hotel and in local area. Staff are lovely. Food was ok might have got abit repetitive if we stayed longer. Communal area’s stair wells etc could have done with a clean and didn’t really see anyone cleaning in and around the pool areas at all during the stay.
Liked the location. The bedding, towels and Apartment was clean to good standard. Staff were helpful and friendly.
The entertainment which we went to on one night was good.
There was no karting or mini golf available which was disappointing.
Lots of mosquito bites even with using lots of sprays etc!!

Liked: Staff & service
Food was the biggest downside
Hotel was all in all good, cleaners didnt come as often as we would of preferred and the all inclusive was by far the best we have experienced, but the italian restaurant made up for it
Would of liked more variety with the food but all in all worth the price
We enjoyed the stay, apartment was clean and tidy and well presented having everything that was needed for a comfortable stay. Facilities were great and staff really helpful and friendly. 10 min walk to the closest beach being the time of year the area was quite quiet which we had planned for, plenty to do in the local area and further afield. Would highly recommend and would happily return. We could imagine it would be very busy in the summer months though!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Disliked: Cleanliness
The overall maintenance is not good as expected and they only do the cleaning every 3/4 days…they do not have enough people for maintenance or cleaning. The location is excellent, the pools and the food at the restaurant.
Resort was great, I would ignore bad reviews. The place and pools were overall clean and well looked after. Breakfast food was good with lots of options.
Only downfall was our room wasn’t cleaned once over a 6 night stray, cleaner came 9am whilst one of us was still asleep she said she would come back but didn’t.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The place looked a bit run down. Lots of repairs needed everywhere. Elevator in our building was not working. Huge pot holes in the roads. The list goes on … Staff however was very nice and professional.

Fab 4 kids
Fab 4 kids under 13, splash pools water slides for toddlers upwards, several pools. Stayed end of April. Breakfast is good, lunch we had from pool bar, burger, salad and chips most days or ate out, dinner I found OK, children can struggle to find more than chips and rice to eat. I drink lager, amstrel is served on all Inc, which is alright, kids have selection of pop, slush, juice and ice cream is served alot at bars round pool.
Entertainment is good some nights, thought bands were decent, plus several play areas for children. There's an expensive fair mediocre rides.
For the price I can't fault it... Although it was quiet whilst there.
Nearly fine for family budget holiday however as 3 girls in their twenties it’s very unsafe, the complex is very public and some locals in a car followed us one nice intimidating and revving their car to scare us, get a reaction, I felt as though I didn’t want to the room after that incident. There was another incident of some man on a scooter intimidating us, nearly drove into us to get a reaction, we went on the road to avoid him. The pool areas noisy and unkempt, can’t get a bed around the pool after 9am would not recommend. Check in staff very friendly and happy room was clean however towels and linen not the best, stains and dirty to the touch. 2/10
This hotel is one of the most dirtys I've ever stayed in. They whole place is in need of a total renovation, which they claimed they did in 2020.... they overbooked us and made it seem we were getting an upgrade, but instead gave us a horrible room, stains on the sheet, and hair everywhere. We booked the deluxe dobble room. We had to spend 1 night in that awful room.Which hotel doesn't provide soap for guests? We wanted a refund, but the manager was nowhere to be found! The staff was friendly. But aside from that, the whole place was trash. Maid service doesn't even clean the floors. everything was dusty dirty and spider web on lamps.... yea never agian! Worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

It's not too bad, but is very much a 3 Star. The food in the canteen is ok, but get there early as the later you arrive the busier it becomes and Saturday night particularly was almost unbearably loud!
The food is fine for kids and although the selection is limited, it is OK. If you have stayed in 4 Star or above, there is a noticeable difference. Meal times gd
The snack bar is basic, but again; fine for the kids. Chips, burgers, low quality sausages but plenty of vanilla, chocolate and strawberry ice cream (Not the best quality, but ok). Amstel on tap and soft drinks make it bearable and you can serve yourself. Top Tip, take your own larger cup; there are only small paper cups which is annoying unless you like getting up and walking every 20 mins! We took larger cups 750ml and this was ideal!
Reception is right at the bottom of the complex. We arrived in the early hours as our flight was delayed. Street lighting is not great and your apartment block is hard to find in the dark, the map provided is not great when you are tired and hungry; with kids, it is not a good combination! BTW, make sure you have water if arriving late as the SPAR shops are closed and there are no complementary bottles of water in the fridge.
The main pool at the top of the complex with the slides and climbing frames etc, is good during the day and you don't have to get up in the early hours to put your towels out. We went down between 0830hrs and 0900hrs and there were plenty of beds.
We have just come back from a 7 night holiday at the bellevue. After reading all the reviews we where worried. But from our experience we enjoyed it massively.
We stayed in fedra1. Our room was clean and comfortable and the aircon was a god send.
We only used 2 of their pools and both where great. My kids loved them.
We was all inclusive and to be truthful we didn't use it all that much. Food wasn't too our taste. There was plenty of food tho.
We enjoyed breakfast.
Many restaurants just outside the main entrance.
The staff where all friendly. Sellers where too.
My purse got lost but was handed into the hotel. With all money inside.
Its a huge site, with many buildings. So sun beds do get full but we never had to wait too long to get one.
Dont book if you want 5 stars but for a family we enjoyed it and will be back.
Spain has a tourism tax which you pay when you arrive. Very minimal but we didn't realise.
Quite a disappointment, bad rooms, far from the meals, the maids didn't clean my room even once even though I left a sign on the door indicating that I would like it cleaned, the food in the restaurant was always the same, and most of the time without seasoning, I paid for one thing and received another. The only good thing was the drinks were always cold.
