We have been there three times now and every time it’s been fantastic. The staff are legends! The hotel is in a perfect location for the beach and the Pine Walk. Shops are close and plenty to choose from as are restaurants but the food at MarSenses is varied and plentiful. Try some Mallorcian wine whilst you’re they? Once again the staff couldn’t be more friendly and happy to see you

Really friendly staff, always willing to help. Good selection of food at breakfast and drinks in the evening, plus some live entertainment! Hotel is one black back from the beech in a quiet area. Only a 5 minute walk from the main square so ideally placed. It was our second visit but won't be our last. Would recommend if you want a relaxing stay in Pollenca.

Beautiful property! Room was spacious and very clean. Pool area was amazing, enough chairs and umbrellas for everyone. Front desk staff was very helpful. My only suggestion would be to start breakfast earlier as although the buffet was ready beforehand, they were very strict about the 8am start (in my experience most hotel breakfasts start by 7am), which made it challenging to have time to eat before earlier morning activities or having to leave to drive to the airport. The food at the breakfast and supper buffet was delicious, lots of variety, lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

The staff was friendly and service minded. I stayed in the house with a mountain view. The room smelled terrible and the aircon was not working properly. The restaurant was ok. I left after 2 days even though I booked and payed for 3 nights. The hotel is ok but not the standard I was looking for.

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich! Das Essensangebot ist sehr reichhaltig. Die Zimmer/ Appartments modern mit schönem Blick auf die Poollandschaft. Der Spa Bereich ausreichend, die Saunen und der Aufenthaltsraum könnten wärmer sein. Die gereichten Getränke im Spa sind eine sehr angenehme Geste. Wir können das Hotel im März empfehlen, wie es in der Hochsaison wäre ist für uns nicht einschätzbar.

Marsenses Hotel Puerto Pollença

Super dejligt sted, med yderst imødekommende, serviceminded og altid smilende personale. Maden var virkelig god og appetitlig, med daglig varierende tema’er. Hotellet ligger utrolig godt, tæt på strand og indkøbsmuligheder. Eneste minus var rygning - som kun burde ske i afmærkede sted, og ikke omkring poolområdet.

Vi havde nogle rigtig fien dage på hotellet. Meget venligt personale og faciliteter er ganske gode. Lidt lyt - men ellers store og nyistandsatte værelser. Maden - både morgen og aften - var ganske super. Kan på det varmeste anbefales.

Virkelig dejligt voksenhotel

Vi boede en uge på MarSenses. Vi havde brug for et dejligt værelse, ro, afslapning og god mad, og hotellet levede op til alle dele. Værelset var en Junior Suite med udsigt til poolen og med en stor balkon. Sengen var stor og god (ikke "udlagt" eller blød). Sengetøjet var lagener og et tæppe, men der var en dyne som man kunne bruge i stedet, hvilket vi helst vil. Airconditionen var måske ikke helt kold nok, men det fungerede fint! Bruseren var skøn og stor, og badekarret som stod ved siden af sengen (!) var også dejlig. Personalet var virkelig flinke og søde - især Jesus og Andres i baren og restauranten. Der var stille og roligt ved poolen, og masser af liggestole (hotellet skulle være 60% fyldt da vi var der, men der var ikke mere end 25-30% belagt omkring poolen). Der var lidt underholdning i form af en sanger ved et klaver et par aftener i ugen, men det sluttede 22.30, så det var ikke noget der generede, hvis man ikke er til det. Vi havde halvpension og havde regnet med, at skulle spise ude de fleste aftener, men vi endte faktisk med at spise på hotellet hver aften. Tema buffet hver anden aften og buffet med 3 á la carte valg de øvrige aftener. Maden smagte af meget, og vi syntes faktisk det var virkelig lækkert. Motionsrummet er også rigtig godt med løbebånd og crosstrinere i en god kvalitet. Så et skønt hotel, hvis man gerne vil slappe af og ikke er til larmende børn (eller voksne!!), når man ikke længere selv har nogen i den alder :)

The hotel is one of the nicest I've ever stayed in. Very close to the the beach, restaurants, shops, public transport etc. The buffet style food was varied and excellent, the staff all helpful and friendly. We went in October and there was still entertainment in the form of singer's or musicians 2/3 times a week. We were given an upgrade to a room with a pool view, lounge and balcony. Definitely worth asking for a pool view. Can't wait to go back again.

Zeer mooie accomodatie, netjes, smaakvol ingericht. Gezellig en rustig, op 100m van het strand en gezellige wandelpromenade van port de pollensa. Vriendelijke mensen, gastvrije service en zeer lekker eten.

Restaurant was great & so were the staff, reception staff not so great, checking in left a lot to be desired, we were told on checking in at teatime we had a room in one area, then after returning back to the hotel later on in the evening we were shown a not so good room nowhere near we were told it was going to be. We also didn’t like the fact we had to struggle in the bad wet weather that night to get our suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. But on receiving a room change we did receive some help moving a 2nd time.

The hotel is in a great position It was very clean & the rooms were spacious but you need to upgrade to a pool facing room The hotel staff were excellent & extremely helpful I’m not usually a fan of buffet food but there was a great selection here & in addition they offered an a la carte option on alternate days at no extra charge The only downside was the pool area where the sun beds, although very comfortable were just too cramped & close together I would highly recommend this hotel
