"Everything was nice, my wife had an issued with the water faucet, i contacted the service desk and maintenance was up checking it before i could said parangaritutirimicuaro. Really happy with the place and service only downside was the pool was down for maintenance and they said it had been like that for several weeks. "

"Need more people working at the front desk to cut down on wait time checking in. Internet is tricky to connect to. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom spacious with great walk-in rainfall shower. Breakfast was excellent - huge food selection."

"This is the second time that we have stayed at this hotel. There were no negatives about this second time around experience. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. It truly is a three and a half star rated hotel. And to top everything off the rate was only 64 dollars for a night. If you are looking for a room for a night or two in grand old Monterrey, this hotel is worhty of your attention."
