The building has nice decor, but it's actively under improvement/construction. Our room was obviously painted very recent as there was still tape around the light fixtures. The staff was great and everything was clean. If you're ok with some work being done in the building and sounds of light construction during the day, you'll be fine. It should be very nice once completed.

The hotel is gorgeous and very clean. However the service is bad. This is the second time I stay in the hotel. The first time it took them forever to check us in. We waited hours to get our room. but I decided to give them a second chance since the first time we went there was a concert. However, this second time wasn’t any better.
