Clean room, kind staff, unfortunately my first room had a leak at sink and it took them some time to troubleshoot to then move me to another room a day later after I was all settled in. Maintenance has a long way to go in this hotel. It’s my 5th time staying here, there is always something related to maintenance.. during my previous stay the storm took out the generator and all night the AC was not working..it was super humid and hot..

Breath taking views absolutely loved my stay here ! Personal at the restaurant were phenomenal! Front desk girls weren’t to friendly! The skybar lady didn’t let me in. her response “shorts to short” very disappointing has to spend my money somewhere else. Other than that the hotel was great!

The property looked amazing from the outside, but inside was not. The furniture, cabinets and quality of material was very cheap. Our bathroom blinds kept falling and we called the maintenance twice. The shower head broke as I was trying to adjust it down. The wires and the TV box was hanging from behind the TV. We went up to the game room on the top floor and that definitely needed an upgrade. The air honey take was in bad shape and it could get someone hand cut due to the metal frame sticking out. The hostess stand by the rooftop restaurant was dusty as it was never cleaned. We went up to the restaurant first night as we were not aware that they’re were plenty of fine dinning right across the parking lot from the hotel and it was the first disappointment. We got left over rolls from the breakfast service and packed butter that was completely melted and it’s smelled like gee. Who the hell serves pain au raisins for dinner service. The New York steak my son orders was shew and my slow cooked ribs were too cooked and it looked like a pile of dog food on my plates. We had a bite each and we left. The night before my check out, I asked if I could check out late 5pm, and I was told that I’ll have to pay half a day rate, I’m totally ok with that, but Claudia said it would be $250, and I showed her that I could book it online for $147. After check her computer she agreed to charge me $160. She confirmed that she would update it in the system but sh didn’t so in reserve online.

Other than this issue, the hotel is beautiful, the amenities are great, and overall we had a very pleasant stay. The only disappointment was with the valet service. I was told that my Tesla would be charged overnight. I even mentioned that it was okay and that I could move it myself and charge it outside if needed, but the valet assured me not to worry because they would take care of it. Unfortunately, the vehicle was never charged, and I had to spend time the next morning finding a charger before continuing my day. It was an inconvenience that could have easily been avoided with better communication and follow-through.

The staff was incredible . So helpful and nice . Really went out of their way to make you feel super welcome and made sure we had all we asked for with such pleasure . I’m impressed . These type of staff are rare , and I travel all over the world. The hallway wall on the 17 Th floor on the way to 1718 room needs repair . Room was spottles and comfortable . Amenities great. View from the windows was phenomenal from the room we were in. Muchas gracias !!
